Biding My Time

It's been a while since I've been out with my camera. Not by choice of course - lately I've been preoccupied with other things, and if I'm honest I'm running out of locations nearby to explore. More importantly, however, the places I do want to photograph aren't at their best yet, which is the main reason I haven't been out.

I did check out a couple of different locations though on the off chance that I might capture something great - or be able to use them at another time of the year. The most promising of which was The Hill of O'Neill, which is situated in Dungannon and located at the top of Market Square. Here you will find the remains of the towers that belonged to the Knox Hannyngton House, on the site which once stood the castle of Hugh O'Neill. It's a wonderful ruin with fantastic views of the surrounding area, and one I will likely photograph again in the near future.

For now, however, I will continue to bide my time...
