This blog post actually started last weekend with a return trip to Scrabo tower - but this time, at night. With spectacular views of the Newtownards area it was a no-trainer to head up at night and gaze over the town bathed in artificial light. Unsurprisingly, it was well worth the drive.

As breathtaking as this was it wasn't enough for a blog post, so I thought I'd head to Belfast and try photographing parts of it at night. My ventures took me to the Titanic Quarter to see the wonderful Titanic building and Harland and Wolff, bot of which are fantastic sights - especially at night.

With many more things to see in Belfast and across Northern Ireland in the hours of darkness, I thought this will be the last time I'm out crawling the night
